Can I Participate?

My child is between the ages of 4 and 12 years
My child has been diagnosed by a healthcare professional with a neurodevelopmental disorder (NDD)
I live in Canada
I have regular access to high-speed internet and email
I read, write, and understand English
My child has problems falling asleep or staying asleep lasting 1 month or longer
My child has not been diagnosed with a significant medical disorder that interferes with sleep (for example, asthma attacks during the night, nocturnal enteral tube feeding, and/or severe developmental disability resulting in your child being blind)
My child does not use or require a CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) to address sleep apnea
My child is not currently being treated with anti-epileptic medications
